Heartfulness Meditation: Peacebuilding Experience

September 16, 2018 @ 3:15 pm - 4:45 pm EDT

Heartfulness meditation for inner & outer peace
Conference Room 1B, 1st Floor in Main Library

Join us as we explain the benefits of meditation not just for ourselves but for the community at large, how to integrate a meditation practice into one’s daily life and of course a practical experience of a group meditation session consisting of Guided Relaxation followed by a silent Heartfulness Meditation. Heartfulness is practiced in over 130 countries around the world and is not associated with any religion. The Heartfulness Institute is an all-volunteer global non-profit and an associate organization of the United Nations, sharing a similar mission of promoting peace and harmony. Come experience inner & outer transformation through Heartfulness meditation.
